WBJEE Result 2018 – Check WBJEE 2018 Cut Off, Score Card Here

WBJEE Result 2018 will be declared on wbjeeb.nic.in in the month of June 2018. Candidates will be able to know the cut off, score card after the announcement of Results.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2018 will be conducted by the WBJEE board in April this year. Candidates, who appeared in the WBJEE exam, will be able to check their results in June 2018 at the website wbjeeb.nic.in. WBJEE annual entrance exam was conducted for admissions to the engineering undergraduate courses in the West Bengal state. This year, WB JEE exam was attended by thousands of students who all are now waiting for their results. Same as every year, the board will announce test results within two months of the exam.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board is responsible for holding annual entrance exams for admission to the private and government engineering colleges in the state of West Bengal. The board is also responsible for conducting the online application process and declaring results after the exam. WBJEE is conducted to select eligible students for admission to undergraduate programs in pharmacy and architecture, and Engineering & Technology fields. The online application process for WBJEE exam is held online through the Board website.

WBJEE Result 2018:

The result of WBJEE 2018 will be published on the board website as well as on some other websites including here. The counselling process to grant admissions in the engineering colleges will begin a few days after the declaration of results. Candidates can check their exam results by following the steps mentioned below using their WBJEE 2018 application number. The board will also release WBJEE cut off, and rank cards of individual students who participated in the exam.

How to check WBJEE Result 2018:

The board released WBJEE exam results and score cards on its official website. Candidates can follow the steps below to check their results and download rank cards online.

  1. Visit the board website wbjeeb.nic.in
  2. Click on the link “WBJEE Result 2018”
  3. Enter your WBJEE 2018 exam application number and password and Enter.
  4. Your result and rank card will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download or save your rank card.

WBJEE result will include the personal details of the candidates, application number, marks obtained in each subject, cut off marks, rank, etc.

WBJEE Score & Rank Card 2018:

Candidates can also download their WBJEE 2018 score cards on the same website using the same procedure mentioned above. The individual score cards will include the details of candidates, their marks, total score, component scores in Paper I & Paper II, ranks, etc. The board will prepare a rank list of all the students who qualify in the exam. The rank sheet will also be available on the official website. Students can download the merit list and check their name/ roll number there as well.

WBJEE 2018 Cut off:

The admission committee will also determine the cut off score for the exam, depending on which the merit list will be prepared of the qualified students. WBJEE cut off 2018 will be decided for individual participating colleges. Even if a student qualifies in the exam and gets a rank in the merit list may not be eligible for counselling if he/she doesn’t clear the cut off score as decided by the board.

WBJEE 2018 Counselling

The admission counselling for WBJEE 2018 exam will be started a few days after the declaration of results. The board will prepare a merit list of qualified students based on their exam scores. Candidates will have to register online to participate in the counselling process. Based on their exam score, a candidate can enter his/her choice of colleges to get admission in the engineering or pharmacy undergraduate course. Different colleges may have different cutoff criteria for admission. The preference will be given to the candidates with high scores in WBJEE 2018 results.
